Tom Brady(7,900) Tom Brady has come back from suspension and just destroyed his opponents in two New England victories. With 782 yards passing, 6 TD’s and no interceptions the four time super bowl champ has wasted no time ascending back up the fantasy rankings. He faces the Steelers coming off a terrible performance last week and also will be without their starting QB.Look for Brady to utilize all of his weapons and with the “Gronk” back healthy it only means more production. Brady has the highest QB salary number by far but is well deserved facing a struggling defense with few play makers. Pittsburgh has only 8 sacks in six games and ranks 30th in team pass defense out of 32.Brady will feast on the underperforming defense and this one could be ugly early.
Derek Carr(6,300)Love the value that Carr offers here at only 6,300 and is facing Jacksonville in what could be somewhat of a shootout. Jacksonville gave up 300 yards passing to Chicago last week and I believe Oakland has better skill position players with Carr who is much better than Brian Hoyer. The third year QB has a remarkable four to one TD to Interception ratio and with a weak running game he is the center of the Raiders offense. I look for Carr to bounce back after a below par game verse K.C. and there streaky defense. The Vegas line has Jacksonville -1 and the over under is the third highest in the NFL this week at 49.5.Look for lots of big plays through the air and a very close game between these up and coming franchises.
Andy Dalton(6,000)Browns made Mariota look great last week and is a dream matchup.
Jameis Winston(5,900)Plays S.F. who has all but given up on the season.
Demarco Murray(7,200) Demarco has been the most consistent RB in the 2016 season this side of David Johnson. He has scored at least 12 fantasy points in every game this season and has a cupcake matchup against the Colts. A struggling Lamar Miller torched them for 178 yards from scrimmage and a TD through the both the air and ground. Murray has been productive through the air also with 22 receptions for two TD’s without even catching a pass last week. The TItans controlled that game but should face more stiff competition from the more talented Colts. This is a huge game for the young Titans and will use Murray any way they can to get points on the board. Look for a big number of touches and a touchdown or two for the workhorse back
Tevin Coleman(4,900)Coleman has a good matchup against S.D. and has a ton of upside.
Frank Gore(4,700)Coming off a 100 yard game and has zero competition for carries.
Matt Jones(4,200)For that low of a salary his production makes 4,200 a steal.
Brandon Marshall(7,600)The New York Jets have started the season 1 and 5 after being hyped during the off season as a possible playoff team. Ryan Fitzpatrick has struggled with interceptions and Marshall’s running mate Eric Decker is now on I.R. With all that being said I still believe in elite talent and Marshall has not lost that. This team has not given up and face the Ravens who gave up more than 200 yards and two long TD’s to Odell Beckham JR last week. The ball will be force fed to Marshall and with his size and strength he will win more battles then he loses. Look for double digit targets and with the lack of run game he is basically the red zone offense.
Demaryius Thomas(6,300)After two lackluster weeks I look for Thomas to breakout and show that he is still a fantasy stud. Last week he was targeted 10 times and even though it led to only 35 yards it is still a very good sign that he is the focal point of the offense. Quarterback Siemian is one more week heeled form his shoulder injury and after playing on Thursday will receive more time to heal. The Broncos match up against the Texans and even though there defense doesn’t rank poorly they are now missing two of their top three corners. Add that to the loss of the great J.J. Watt and there defense is a shell of its self-coming into the season. Denver will use DT in many creative ways bolstering his production with screens and jump balls.
Cameron Meredith(4,700)20 receptions for 243 and 1 TD in the last two weeks. Enough said.
Tyrell Williams(4,400)A much cheaper Travis Benjamin with better size.
Rob Gronkowski(7,200)It’s the “Gronk’s” world and the rest of the NFL is just living in it. That is what it seems like after the tight end has returned from injury along with suspended QB Brady. New England faces Pittsburgh without “Big Ben” and are heavy favorites. Brady and company are on a mission to show the league up after being suspended and Gronkowski is his favorite target. Back to back 100 yards games makes owners believe that he is 100% healthy and he is now facing a struggling Steeler defense that has a ton of injuries. He is worth the price tag of 7,200 and that number will only go up on draft kings.
Jimmy Graham(5,900)I am all in on Jimmy Graham and he has been one of the pleasant surprises in 2016.The former Saint was once on top of fantasy football draft boards but entered this season as an afterthought after suffering a major injury. I believed in the former star basketball player and if healthy I smelled a big year where many did not. He has 18 receptions for over 300 yards with a TD his last three games. He is now clearly the number one focal point in the pass offense and more TD’s are bound to come. They will need him to be productive if they want to beat the now hot Arizona Cardinals. No one player can match his size and QB Wilson is targeting him everywhere. Buy now because the price will go up.
Colby Fleener(3,800)Had a huge week six. Consistency still is a question.
Kyle Rudolph(3,500)Is averaging almost 8 targets a game and has 3 TD’s in 5 games.
