Fantasy Basketball: Week 13 Waiver Wire Report

Week 13 of the Fantasy Basketball season begins Monday January 16th, 2017. I’ll be here with you every Monday until the season ends so let’s get busy!!

Teams with four games are; Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks, New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, Philadelphia 76ers, Phoenix Suns, Portland Trail Blazers, Toronto Raptors and Washington Wizards.

The Denver Nuggets have five games this week. The Detroit Pistons and Oklahoma City Thunder each have two games this week.

During the month of January Phoenix Suns C Tyson Chandler is averaging 15.5 rebounds a game. This week the Suns have four games and he still might be sitting on your waiver wire. If he is grab him because rebounds matter.

If steals are what you need this week Atlanta Hawks SG/SF Thabo Sefalosha is averaging nearly two of them a game. He’ll also make smaller contributions in the other scoring categories. The Hawks also have four games this week and eight steals or so might just help you win your matchup this week.

Toronto Raptors C Lucas Nogueira blocks shots; like two shots a game. He’s also averaging just over 20 minutes a game for the season and 26 minutes over his last five games. Toronto has four games this week and he’s available in over 90 percent of all the Major Fantasy Basketball leagues.
